...that Jack is getting older
He had a vet nurse check today and (besides being a miserable git about his nails being trimmed) he is in great shape and his teeth are really good (little bit of plaque on one side but that's it). We took the dogs out afterwards, did 7 miles just about but the last mile or so Jack looked tired and was slightly lame
He's full of beans on shorter walks (up to 5-ish miles) but I think it's time to admit he is getting older and not ask him to do the longer walks
It won't go down well with him being left out mind you! The old git still sulks like a pro when I take Tia running.
He does, however, have a new job.....babysitting and socialising a friends 10 week old cocker puppy
