Naughty coblet started napping when asked to go out hacking - would plant and not shift - oblivious to the whip - only thing to get her moving would be Spurs and then she'd go backwards!! Was highly embarrassing and very frustrating - anyway if I sat it out she would go in the end.
I think it's because when I go hacking I tend to go anything from 1-3 hours (on average 1.5/2hrs) and she doesn't seem to like it! I've done a little experiment and been taking her for short hacks (10/15 mins) and is starting to not nap now as she thinks it's just round the village and back.
What's the best way to overcome this? would you just alternate?
