Thinking of getting a little pet project....

doh, yes i meant 11hh mum - i think i was wondering if she would make 13.2 if shes already 11hh - I can afford another horse, wanted to rescue something but been on waiting list forever, so saw this......
 
I wouldn't personally.. I don't know how big you are but if you have a clydesdale and a tbx then I doubt you'd be small enough to ride a 13hh (max I'd say) pony. I've learnt from experience never to buy anything that won't be big enough for me to keep and ride, it was so upsetting having to sell a much loved youngster that I adored just because he didn't make the height.

I'm slightly suspicious about the dam being imported to the UK from Ireland too. She looks like she could possily be a section A to me and most of those in my area end up being brought for meat and I've heard sent to collection centres in Ireland before being shipped to the contenent, or brought by dealers and brought back to the UK and taen around the sales circuit

bjcardiff - you are right, but i would have no intention of riding her,she would just be a 'cuddly pony'! I just have this desire to rescue/mend/help something else and i have space in my life for something else and two good horses, so i just thought a 3rd plaything might be nice, and thought this little one had a cute cuddly face.......

You'd still have to get her broken in etc to ensure she has a future should your circumstances ever change. She is cute tho :)
