Thinking of Giving up - Dilema

Hi, I currently own two horses which I own with another lady, and we loan the 2nd one 2 days a week. I am thinking of giving up, with a job in London a potential move to the city getting back to the yard is becoming a chore. I am staying in London more and more and end up buying two train tickets, owning two horses struggling for time. My dilemma is I know my friend cant afford the horses without me, I wouldn't want her to have to sell them. Has anyone else been in a similar situation or have any advice on how to go about the situation without potentially loosing the horses and a good friend?

Just give yourself a few hours of careful thought and then ring her to arrange a meet up, somewhere quiet with no distractions,
be very honest and upfront and explain exactly what you describe above

She will then know you have thought carefully about it all and then listen to her thoughts on it, give her time to think about it as it may come as a bit of shock and if she overreacts keep calm

Who knows maybe she has the same or similar dilemma as you and also wishes to give up and is also worried about approaching you or wouldn't wish to continue solo once you tell her so you will both have to work out the best way to proceed

If you own 2, why do you loan a 3rd? How did the share with youregards friend start rather than just owning one each, it is a bit confusing from your question but I would say that the first thing is to talk to your friend.
