Uh this has nothing to do with good breeders you do know that? To associate that video with 'why I don't like breeding' is stupid.
I actually would have more of a suspicion she has potentially stolen the pups to get revenge on someone or she is mentally ill given what she has done. the video is absoloutely horrific, poor poor pups I agree.
And if she did 'breed' them-she is not a breeder anyoen would want to go to to get their pups.

Once I posted this thread I wanted to edit the title but I would not let me, yes there is people that breed and they should not and that who I aimed it for certainly not all reasonable breeder.
