Now would I be a Kentish lass, or a lass of Kent?

Needed to lunge Fat Cob this evening, and due to car drama was late. Got the keys for the generator and decided to see how she faired.

Then the neighbours started their firework party!

Well, Fat Cob was a dream. Fireworks? What fireworks. Generator? What generator. Dodgey shadows in the trees? What scary shadows in the trees.

She jumped when two bangs went off just behind her, but was actually rather enjoying watching the ones she could see.

Seriously. My horse is litrelly bomb proof :D :D :D

<3 Doreo!

My coloured doesn't bat an eyelid at fireworks, low flying aircraft, speeding cars or motorbikes.

Scary crisp packets however.........

On the other hand, my grey is generally too distracted by the wondrous world around him to ever consider being spooked :D

Gotta love em :)

Can I have her please :D
She sounds lovely and safe, the sort you want nannying the skitty youngsters :)

This is an issue. She is 99% bombproof, but she has a sick sense of humour, and can be very spooky for no other reason than it winds humans and other horses up.

She can't see anything, she doesn't really care if there's anything there. She will walk past most things that actually ARE scary...

And, because she's unpredictable, I wouldn't advise her as a nanny - or ever sell her as a novice horse :(

However... I do love that side of her! Keeps me on my toes :D
