I bought an older model Thorowgood dressage saddle from ebay a few months ago - I think I got a bargin as I only paid £90 for it because the seller had mispelled Thorowgood and therefore I think it slipped under the radar.
Other than some faded bits on the knee rolls it's in good condition - could do with having the flocking adjusted but the tree is sound and the girth straps are in excellent condition.
I've decided to sell it and order a new one (this was my first dressage saddle and I wanted to see how I got on with it before buying a new one)
I can find lots of Thorowgood GP saddles for sale but the dressage ones don't seem as common so I'm not really sure what's a reasonable price to sell it for - tempted just to put it at the same price I bought it just to shift it!
Any thoughts price wise?
Also, any suggestions of good places to sell it other than ebay?
