Thorowgood T4 Wide

Just got my horse (16.2hh IDx) fitted with this saddle this morning. Have decided to go with this until I qualify, when fingers crossed I can get a Jaguar Saddle (love the look of them

)

What are your experiences with the Thorowgood T4? It fitted far better than the Wintec we tried. I also felt it more comfy to ride in, but was wondering what the general consensus on here was and whether I made the right choice or should have held off to see if I could get a Wintec to fit?

No. Thorowgood are far better than Wintec, I think you made absolutely the right choice.

i too prefer thorowgood to wintecs having had both i can say from experiance! the thorowgoods i found to be more comfy and better fitting especially due to the T4 design! I have one T4 wide and one T4 high wither due to having a 4 and a 5yr old its pointless in getting a leather saddle! They are very comfy saddles and fit the horse well!
T4 is a good choice of saddle!!!
