Thorowgood T8 hybrid saddle

Hi i have a shire x mare she is a big girl and i was going to try the new thorowgood T8 cob gp saddle wondered if anyone has got one or tried one i dont want it because its cheaper i really want it as its much lighter than a leather saddle or are there any decent lightweight saddles on the market i have a wintec 2000 at the moment but dont like it

I have the new T8 in a medium width for my 16.2 TB, and its a fabulous saddle. Very comfortable, a bit lighter than a full leather, and does the job very well.

I have one of these too - got it 2 weeks ago and loving it at the moment. My horse is easier to tack up because it is lighter for me to lift (I'm short) and my instructor rode in it last night and didn't believe it wasn't leather (it only came up because she said how comfortable it was for a new saddle, like it was ready broken in - so I said "well yes, it's synthetic). Definitely recommend them
