Where is best to advertise a horse for loan?

I know someone looking for a horse to loan - she is a complete novice though looking for a friendly bombproof cob who likes to be fussed- do you have something suitable?

But he isn't really a novice ride as he'd only four and can be sensitive, and also is to stay at his present yard in Essex...

dont advertise on many big websites if you want him to stay on your yard. i was looking, and i would advise advertising in local tack shops, ponyclubs, yard notice boards, instructors word of mouth/farriers etc.

If your wanting him to stay at current yard i would say word of mouth/local tack shops is the best best.

if you want him to say at home, local feed stores, horse shop, post office, local paper, local riding club website

i advertised mine on my local trade-it internet site and had a very good response.

i advertised my mare on horsehunter and at my 2 local feed/tack shops. i have 1 reply from the shop ad and about 20 from horsehunter. however only about 5 were suitable despite me stating she isn't an easy ride

Put my mare on horsehunter, had loads of calls, and she went to the 2nd person to view. Went to check her today and she was great
