We have a Durham postcode, but are just outside of Consett, we loved the livery yard we were on, service and rides to die for, so started looking for a house to rent in the area, the YO told us of a place to rent next door but the house came with stables and land, my ideal would be this house with the horses on the yard next door, life was easier at the yard
