Those who rent yards

Where did you find your yard? What facilities do you have?
I have been looking for a yard to share with a friend for the last couple of months and have not been able to find anything suitable - and everything that is suitable is silly money!
All we want is 4+ stables, 8+ acres and a school would be a bonus - pretty sure we arent asking much!!
Does anyone rent from the council?

We have sole use of a private yard,which belongs to my neighbour.We have 2 stables,a floodlit school,various paddocks,tack shed and hay & straw store.We pay £15 a week for 1 pony and when we get another,it will be £25 a week.
