My OH and I have been together just over 2yrs, he left his wife before we got together. She said in October that she would start divorce proceedings, she hasn't, we don't think she will. So OH has said he'll do it but we're worried about cost, we're just about to buy a house.
I've noticed we can download the forms and send them off without a solicitor, which would save a bit, but apart from that I can't find any information on fees or what we do next. Or would that be a bad idea?
We want to sort it all amicably and he doesn't want anything from her apart from this.
If some of you can, would you mind filling me in a bit please?
