Hi all,

I just got an Ideal Impala Pro Monoflap Saddle.

Can I have recommendations for Numnah/Saddlecloth??

I have 2 new Whitaker Velvet Cloths and cant bear not to use them! I could maybe cut the straps off? or loop them round the leathers?

They are the only cloths I have, the others died! :D

Cannot be too expensive either haha

I also cannot seem to find any other colour than white!!

I would love a coloured one!

Thanks in advance :D

Nuumed, JHL and lemieux make close contact jumping pads with loops for d rings - in white, brown and black

Then you have polypads of course with no straps at all. Anky make a similar, but nicer version. Anky do jumping pads as well as dressage. Roma make similar pads, but much cheaper and are reversible with different colours on eash side. The Nag Rags pads don't have straps as far as I'm aware either.

If you have a Decathlon near you, I really rate their pads. No straps for the girth straps either, just a loop at the bottom. Have to say these have never moved an inch on my saddle and are nice and cheap, but the anky pads, although lovely, do slip down a little even though I pull them right into gullet.

I have some older pads that I have "converted" - took the straps off and cut them down to make loops for the D rings like the nuumed pads. Works well.
