Please can you have a look at your head piece and see if its symmetrical ??

I have just ordered one and the head piece isn't even, it has the curve in in the middle over the poll and the distance left to right is a cm out How can this distribute pressure evenly?!

Ive just had a look at my old double as its at home. Havent got a tape measure to hand but it looks level when held from the middle of the headpiece.
Maybe drop them an email to check, doesn't sound right.

Is it curved from being packed to send to you? In which case, when on it's even? Not sure what you mean
