Just wondered what your your wagons temperature runs at?? New to the Daf and mine seems high compared to other makes Ive had.
Thanks

I'm new to Dafs too, as you'll see from my highly bimbo-esque post above!! Anyway, no, mine doesn't seem to run higher than usual at all so far.

shoud run normal , had 3 of em, convetered them into horse boxers ! all ran same needle was dead center ! cannot remember wot temp reading was though ! ask a daf dealer.

Ours runs about middle too except on one of the hottest days of the year bringing a youngster home for the first time, up the hill to the top of the highest motorway in Engand, the guage went up a bit then :) Not much fun opening the windows in the cab and putting the heater on full whack, but it meant we kept on going passing many youger vehicles stranded on the hard shoulder!

usually just under the centre of the gauge except when stuck in M25 traffic in the height of summer. Whacked the heating on and it came back down (she's rising 24 years old too!)

Great thanks, this is running at middle of the gauge as in 90 degrees, think thats about 90 on the dial??? which I noticed tonight my car runs at, Only asking as my Iveco and Merc's temp barely moved, so this seemed high in comparison.
Previous owner did say the temp did run high and always had as in about half during winter but just below red on summer days (and that it went nearly into the red on that same motorway festiveG :) on one of the hottest days last year but was fine as it passed newer wagons broken down on the hard shoulder!) Smiled when I read your reply as it was identical to what I had been told.

Thanks for your replies, its hard when you get a new wagon, getting to know its quirks and what its normal and what isnt.
