just out of curiosity how many (if any) of you live in the north east of england? Were currently seeking funding for an all natural yard produced to encourage the longevity of the horse, mentally and physically with all natural grazing habits (the paddock paradise system to encourage good feeding, social and hoof condition barefoot), natural horsemanship training methods and bitless/barefoot riding encouraged. Were aiming for a yard for all types of owners and riders; from people who like to compete to happy hackers who want to try something new and get a fit, happy and healthy horse, in an environment that we can work together with horses and owners :) The yard will also be beneficial for horses with (or owners wanting to prevent diseases and injuries such as) navicular disease and syndrome, tendonitis, weak or footy feet and laminitis etc. It will be beneficial for us if we have some strong evidence of a demand in england for this type of livery package if we want to get a loan/grants to start out :) would also be awesome if anyone could drop a line saying theyd move onto it if the yard existed tho for the concept to work it will prob need to be full/part livery due to the feeding programs and track systems but I must stress it wouldnt be the average full livery yard. No bullying/bitching allowed and anyone ever has an issue with horse care it will be taken seriously and improved eg. dont like us mucking out? or dont like how we do it can all be tailored, tho the horses wont be in a great deal cept for feeding or on owner's request or terrible weather :) please feel free to recommend ideas or thoughts.

Here are a list of proposed facilities so far: an indoor school, outdoor and round pen. big boxes in barn (approx 16 x 16), 4 track systems each surrounding well rested 15 acre (approx) fields, hacking and xc on site, horsebox hire (just petrol cost), livery lounge with showers/changing facilities and organic haylage produced. If anything else to suggest please add below.

Will be great to hear from everyone :) Thanks for reading
