Er well I completely disagree with ^. I thought the lad rode him very well and there is a lot of horse there. I'm not sure he's a school master, he was showing some sparky behaviour near the end of the video. What height is he, how old etc. You'd be better to ask in CR I think. I like him but he looks like a Ferrari to me!
I agree with FW, the horse is being very well ridden when jumping, he gets put very deep to most fences and shows a fairly decent technique, not sure someone less confident would like to be riding to that spot or whether he would change if jumping smaller fences and go off more of a long one which would be easier to sit to and ride for.
As a SJ schoolmaster for someone already jumping smaller courses he could be great for them to move on to, it is whether he will give that confidence over smaller courses that is hard to guess from that video.
There is something at times I am not sure about, he goes disunited a little to often for my liking but it does not seem to have a detrimental effect on the jump when he gets there on the wrong leg or in a disunited canter he still jumps well enough.
I agree with be positive. He looks like a nice enough horse and he makes a fair shape over the fences but he does get in very deep, which looks to be because he's pulling from his shoulders more than pushing from behind. He's quite on the forehand and his action behind looks a bit off. Could be paranoia, but that would worry me. Orange mare jumped a bit like that when she had problems with her hock, now she doesn't she's not doing it so much - and I'm still having to reschool to undo what has become a habit. From a confidence perspective, going that deep into fences doesn't make for an easy jump to sit. The lad in the video makes it look much smoother than it usually feels!
