Thoughts Please?

My first thought was 'what a good idea' - we ride around anyway, why not? However, I'm not sure I could be bothered with the paperwork, or having to dress up like a copper. Wouldn't it be a better idea just to give us a rural crime phone number (i.e. horsewatch co-ordinator's number). Not sure that we need any more plastic policemen - mounted or otherwise.
