thougts on condition? (pics)

So Ozzy has been stabled and fed this winter vs being left out last winter. He is now out but with haylage (no grass).
What do you think of his condition? Any advice? He is a Welsh Sec D.

Personally (and I know NOTHING about conformation and all that jazz) but I think he looks super!! Needs some muscle on him but if he's anything like my cob it's only taken 4 weeks of 6 days a week work and he's mega fit and looking amazing!!!!

He's a fab looking little horse and I bet loads of fun, he's lovely.
