Hi guys. I have 2 pony mares which have grazed together quite happily for over a year. 25 yr old mare is boss over 7 year old, but absolutely no problems. Anyhow, Mums mare came over last Tuesday. Basically put her in a paddock next to my 2, as most sensible i thought. Anyhow, After acting like a stallion for 3 days and bringing 25 year old highly in season, Mums mare calmed right down. All happy or so i thought! Yesterday went up field to find bite marks on 7 year old pony and 25 year old being proper nasty to her! Mums mare meanwhile grazing happily away from fence! Bloody horses!! No new bite marks today btw XX
