I do not work for them so hope this isnt mistaken as advertising but just wanted to say what a great service they provide & I can highly recommend them! Great customer service :-)
 
Didnt end up buying from them, but they were great at giving advice and their postage service is fantastic. Would consider buying a saddle of them in the future :)
 
I have used her a number of times (I live close to) and her advice is great.
Told her the breed type/shape of my horse and she sent me off with 5 potential saddles, all pretty much fitted, 2 were spot on.

Can't grumble about that :).
 
I wouldn't use them - phoned up earlier this year about saddle on their website, to be told it was out on approval but they would phone me back in 3 days when they knew if it would be coming back. Great I thought, left it about a week and no contact from them - so I phoned to be told - we don't ring back its up to you to ring us, and the saddle has gone out again. I told her that I had been told that I would be rung back and that I was particularly interested in that saddle and although I had two others I was keen to try I wasn't going to bother - she was then VERY rude to me on the phone. I bought a saddle elsewhere!
 
I agree, I found them very helpful and bought a saddle from them - it was an amazing deal. However looking at their 'proper' second hand prices (mine was a new but part ex) I do think they are quite dear.
 
I've had two saddles from them and love the service. IMO their saddles are slightly dearer than what they'd go for on ebay or preloved, but they have a great selection of second hand saddles, the service is fab and they take trade ins against second hand saddles. They have to make a bit of a profit somewhere! I highly recommend them too. :)
