Thrush!

My horse has had thrush in hind feet in the past and his frogs are always a bit smelly. Does anyone use iodine and sugar? apparently it makes a paste? Can anyone tell me what ratio of sugar to iodine you use and does it actually work? or is it just an oldwives tale!

Would really recommend red horse products, depending where the thrush is, they have different products to suit. Did my horses feet the world of good
