My boy suffers with horrible sarcoids and I had tried everything to clear them but some things improved them marginally and I was told by someone on the forum to try Thuja cream, I did this and the sarcoids certainly reduced but then I found some homeopathic thuja pillules at my local chemist and I thought I'd try them in his feed. I've given him six pillules a day plus religiously applied the cream, two have completely gone and one has reduced to the size of a pea and has just shed another layer. This particular sarcoid was the size of a golfball and ulcerated regularly and bled if touched. All I can say is seriously consider trying this too as attacking them inside and out appears to be doing the job.

If you see am improvement then stop giving the remedies. It will carry on working as it is in the system. If you give too many for too long then you COULD create other problems.
Thuja is excellent for warts etc on humans but must be respected.
What potency did you use?

Touch wood, I've had excellent results with Thuja cream (got it from Paws4Health) at 30c potency. Mahoosive tub for about £20. Brill value. Has eradicated a flat sarcoid under Sunny's mane and an iffy looking area on his neck and is currently working its magic on a horrible crusty place under his forelock. He had a course of Liverpool Cream for the first one that appeared on his cheek and to be fair this worked too but is expensive as it has to be applied by the vet.

Tell me please, is the cream really as non irritant as they say? My horse has a sarcoid in front of his sheath, can't use Liverpool cream as it would burn his man bits when they popped out!
Do you think it would be suitable?

I have used Thuja 30c pot for many years now and have had 100% success rate. My shire had around a dozen sarcoids, warts and 2 angleburrys around and on his sheath and stifles. Using Thuja 2/3 times a week got rid of them all. Having said that, I did 'band' the angleburrys first.

Thuja is very good, you can get drops at 200 potency for putting in the feed from various places. The tincture seems non irritant but we have not used the cream. 100% success here as well and its not expensive either
