iv'e seen a few unhappy past posts about derby house so i thought i'd let you all know they can be very helpful
i bought a rockfish pink (please forgive me ) floresent jacket in november and loved it so wore it to death till the reflective strips on the sleeves started to split 
so not holding out much hope i rang them to ask if anything could be done "no problem just post it back to us" was the reply ,so i sent it back on the 1st of feb
i got home from work on thursday to find a nice shiny brand new pink jacket had been delivered no questions asked
