I would just like to let everyone know what an excellent service I have received from Hope Valley Saddlery. I live many miles away from them so always order online, which brings many doubts when dealing with companies you don't know.
I had a small problem which I rang to tell them about and they went well above their call of duty. They were helpful, pleasant and sorted my problem beyond my expectations.
In this day and age where no one will take responsibility for anything which diverts from the computer screen flow chart, I was very suprised and impressed at their level of customer care.
So well done to HVS for restoring my faith in customer service.
 
I ordered from their sale recently and it was a pleasure dealing with them, good old fashioned excellent customer service so sadly lacking these days from other companies!
 
They are amazing. Had a problem with a rug and dealt with swiftly efficiently replacing it with a new one. Had exactly the same problem a year ago with a well known mail order company and they did not want to know. Always use hvs now
 
I think they are great I ordered a sale item before Xmas, not really expecting it to turn up until the new year and it arrived next day on 22nd Dec or thereabouts! Excellent service.
 
Yes totally agree, she phoned me the other day when something I had placed in an order was out of stock. She was very friendly and helped me choose a replacement and there was a little pack of polos in the parcel when it arrived too.

Great service.
 
I've ordered from them twice. First time I ordered a saddle bag, and was sent a bridle bag. Second time I ordered a rug, which took near enough a month to arrive.

Not impressed, I'm afraid :o
 
I have used the once. Ordered a Newmarket horseware snood which i couldnt find anywhere for a bargain price of £2.99 with £4.99 postage which i didnt have a problem with. Opened my parcel and there were 2 snoods with a note saying I had two because they thought the carriage was too expensive. :D

I did a thread about them a couple of weeks back saying how good and quick they were however I had to send one of my items back due to it being the wrong size, and after doing the tracking on the PO website, we realised that the item had got to them on the 13th, and after ringing them on the 19th, they still hadn't shipped it! They did however, ship it on the 20th and it got to us on the morning of the 21st. So mixed views from me.
 
Always been great for me - when I needed something urgently they even arranged for it to be shipped direct to me from their supplier. Another set of thumbs up here! :)
