Ties for dressage (unaff)

So I'm going to be trying my hand at dressage soon (ooer

Mum went to the tackhop place to buy me some gloves, and came back with them and a tie for me - a lilac one with horseshoes on it. Would this be ok for unaff dressage? x

I would always stick to black gloves as lilac ones will highlight your hands.
