Does anyone use these and how to they get on with them.

Can you tell me what workload your horse does, what made you choose these and what the result has been!!

Thanks!

I use them and think they're brill. Horse is novice eventing, they give him the stamina to finish the XC full of running without making him sharp. Also they are combined with a mineral balancer so are suitable for the terminally lazy like me who hates supplements as I always forget the blooming things.

We have tried these but only fed a cupful a day as i worried about weight gain. Not sure whether it made a diffrence as we got a stble about the same time, but didn't think they did have stopped for a while and will try again.

Was advised by feed retailer that these are the most potent and could feed in small amounts.

Have been advised since (by somone on here i think) that they are too whole in the grain and the digestion doesn't absorb them enough and to try crushed oats.

Thought we'd try D&H performance concentrate.

Our pony is ridden 6/7 days a week and does dressage and showjumping (low key stuff) and pony club

Used them for PN eventer IDx TB worked really well for him. Would use again for eventer / point to pointer. Have also ponies that do BSJA / Hunter Trials and PC haven't tried Tiger Oats on any of them, would probably be more inclined to use a competition mix on them if they needed it.

I use them on my mare who can not have a high cereal feed so she has 2 x cups of this and then the rest of her diet is high fibre. She does a bit of everything

us ethem with greast success oon my TBx native. We do some intro and PN eventing and he just needs a bit more oomph sometimes. Small amounts work wonders.

They digest fine, the hulls come out in their poo and could be mistaken for the whole oat but are not. Don't fizz them up either. At peak season I was feeding just 3 cups a day and that was in the run up for a 3 day event. Feed with balancer, chaff and oil.
