Times, driving me mad[ASTON}

Why can't they sort out the times for the grassroutes champ.They have put my dressage on tomorrow ,as they have 85 in class and half do it tomorrow. I changed shift so I could do it ,then they changed start time, then changed it again and it means I can't do dressage and get to work.
I spoke to a lovely man this morning who said he would try to sort it out, have heard nothing and times are still not posted. If I am doing dressage tomorrow I have to bath him tonight, I know they are probably inundated with queries because no one was told whose dressage would be Friday but it is getting beyond a joke now. If they give me a time after 11.00 I can't do it, and it says it starts at 11.30!!!!!!!!! It was down to start at 10.30.Rant over got to go out without knowing
 
One of the instructors where I ride is competing and has got a pretty long drive to get there but yet still doesn't know her times (probs travelling up tonight)

Says on BDWP that times will be up after 6pm today - cutting a bit fine arn't they?
 
It is a nightmare, I have never known anything like it with times. Iknow they have put on lots of extra days and that is nice for people but all the other times have been up for ages except the original ones which was the grass routes champ. They have competition there today and the next 4 days and I do sympathize but it is getting stupid. If people haven't been looking on the internet they are going to have a big shock if they are told they have dressage in a few hours time ,when they thought[ as I did] that it was going to be Saturday
 
I'm furious on your behalf - how ridiculous! They must have known what they were dealing with some time ago - I hope you are still able to do it and don't let the b*****ds get you down - best of luck!
 
Thank you ,sitting waitng for 6pm in the hope they go up and I find they have given me a suitable time without phoning me.
I have seen the moans about Aston on here lately but we all accept it because we have no choice.

They now say they will not be up until 21.00.
It is a complete mess, have bathed and plaited [ but not rolled] If they are starting at 11.30 I won't be able to compete,the stupid thing is I saw Nigel Taylor on Monday and asked if they needed more vollenteers for dressage on Friday and he said no it was sorted.Little did I know how it was sorted. They just put people in on Friday and didn't tell them. I found out a couple of days ago and saw I was no 4 and the dressage started at 10.30 so I changed to 2- midnight shift and thought it would be ok ,then last night late it changed to 12.30 start and this morning changed to 11.30 start. That is when I phoned but I have no idea if they have put me in on Saturday now[ which would be loads better] or are starting earlier and putting me in first.
Whichever way it is very bad organising
 
I know and they have given us 11.52 which we cannot do.I have phoned every number I can find and they are all answer phone or answer phone full.I don't know what to do we can't compete at that time and get to work!
