I know tin park has a bad reputation as a riding school but I've not experienced them personally. I live in the area and of you mention the place to anyone horsey then you don't get a good reaction. I didn't realise fritz worthy do livery. I have a friend who is friends with the lady who owns it but can't sa anymore than that. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Have you looked at crossways or is that too far out for you? There's also quite a few in plympton area.
 
Don't touch Tin Park with a 100ft barge pole.

Fitzworthy is fantastic. The owner is lovely and the facilities are brilliant. Hacking around that area is fab too, woods, lanes, moors, just lovely.

I couldn't PM you either..

I am acquainted with the owner and one of her staff.. Both lovely people personally, and by all accounts in the EE sphere and personal friends of mine, an excellent riding centre..

I'm also Facebook friends with both and the regular updates and photos sound like the kind of place I would have chewed my arm off for as a youngster :)
 
If you need livery near Ivybridge, Sir Simon may still have empty stables.. There is no school though..
 
There are a lot of very good yards in the Plymouth area. One of the two you mention (I think by now you can guess which!) has a fairly dire reputation. Try the other and, as a starting point, also Court Gates and Higher Bughill. There are some great ones just over the bridge near Saltash too.
 
I used to livery at Court gates, highly recommend the yard. At the time I had a very fussy mare. They were totally super and did everything they coiled to help her settle. Higher Bughill has also got a super reputation. Cross ways has a waiting list.
