MAGIC HAS BEEN FOUND!
he was spotted by a gentlemen who then contacted the police. He was taken by travellers, they just cut the fence and took him...in a busy area in the middle of the day!
He was identified thanx to his microchip, without this his owner doubts they would have got this special little pony back who is not just a pony, but helps kids with disabilities.
reletively unscaved by his ordeal but was nervous about being travelled home after being chucked into the back of vans

And then do-gooders wonder why most of us think gypsies and "travellers" are scum! Glad pony is safe again.
