Lots of us suffer with back pain!! IT's a annoying and spoils enjoyment of things
Most of us know the importance of foot alinement for horses yet very few of us even consider it for ourselves. We know it can have a dramatic affect on the whole of the horses body, so why not ours??
My 26yr old son was suffering regularly from sometimes chronic back pain, several trips to a chiro and still it kept coming back. We put it down to his job as an ambulance tech.
I had mentioned the support insoles to him several times but as usual he didn't listen. SO I bought him some myself. He made all the right noises but I knew he wasn't convinced.
Several months later he admitted that he saw such a difference that he now swaps them to every pair of shoes
For him to go to this trouble in his very busy life it MUST be worth the time.
Several years before I had been having problems with both my right knee and hip. Due to an unrelated condition I had to have specialist insoles made. I can't tell you the difference it has made to these problems
