Read lots of previous posts on topic so thought I'd share a solution that is so far working! A week or so now and all fine. Soon to be 4 Dartmoor pony clearly thinks it entertaining to tip and throw water buckets. She likes to splash around with nose as they do, but then also plunges nose in deep and blow bubbles from nostrils! And wash her feet and tip over that way too! I used some leftover postmix in base and half way up sides using oiled bucket as former. Then some wet concrete to finish. Not pretty but works and is safe. We did think about tyres but she would have probably got feet stuck.
