My actual jumping position is quite good and fairly textbook but recently in videos/photos I’ve noticed that for bigger fences my heels don’t stay down in the position that they do on the flat - they go level with where my toe is (they don’t go up YET ?). My actual leg position is still and secure but my heels go up and it’s annoying me so much ?? I don’t know if because the fences are bigger I have to fold more and I’m putting my weight in my toes rather than my heels? But are there any tips on making those heels stay down without making a conscious effort every time!
