Tips for selling a horse please?!

Ive bought plenty but never sold- this will be my first!

Any tips on the way she should look?
Is there anything i should or shouldnt do?
Horse in question has been out of work for 4 months and this has been explained, the only place to try her is in her field (also been explained)

Anything else i should know or watch out for?

Potential buyer sounds nice.

just be honest, which it sounds like you are. i find it is always the way to go.

Just be honest.
Tell the buyer all the bad bits on the phone - that way you won't waste your own time (I don't really care about anyone elses time, and it tends to serve me well).

Be honest! (but I think you are - not saying you aren't!)

If she is out when the people arrive ask if they'd like to catch her or watch you - same with tacking up (if they are going to ride).

Ask them what they'd like to see!
