Im taking Tommy to a show next Friday. He's doing a young sports horse class (he's 3 this year) and did well last year qualifying for the final at Blair and Id really like to take him to Blair this year. We couldn't go last year as we were on holiday at the time. I was looking back at pics from last year and he never stood up nicely for the judge. He was always trailing a leg and tbh looked a bit donkey like! He's very laid back and I think he got a bit of leeway as it was a 2 yr old class. So this year he should really be a bit more grown up and Id like some advice on how to get him to really show himself off. How can I encourage him to stand square? Child is away all week so plenty of time to work with him!
