So after getting adjustments from a chiropractor for a twisted and tilted pelvis I'm struggling to sit in the saddle comfortable again.
I was looking for tips and ideas on what could help me get back to normal.
Anything would be wonderful I miss being able to be comfortable and not awkward in the saddle.
Many thanks guys

You have been compensating for the tilting so your new normal will feel different, if this is longstanding you probably need to get the horse checked as it is likely to have made him wonky and the saddle may well be in need of a check as well to enable you to sit evenly, as neither will be possible at the moment do plenty of walking without stirrups and keep checking you are sitting level, think about your core and how that can be improved, there is probably more to be done out of the saddle than in it so look at pilates or something while you cannot have lessons on the horse.

Thank you so much for your help I'm going to be looking up the Pilates today and take on all the advice. Thanks alot

Pilates definitely - you will need to re-train and strengthen your muscles to hold you better in the adjusted position. Assume your chiropractor gave you some exercises for this?

Yoga .
very good in situations like this while Pilates helps you build strength Yoga is really good at make you aware of your body .
one to one sessions is really what you need .

Unfortunately not as I am getting deep tissue massages to help release off the muscle holding things in the wrong place.

I have been trying yoga but not having much success with it. I am however doing deep stretching every night for at least 20 minutes after a run

I have really struggled with this - had a wonky pelvis basically my whole life. Had a few bowen sessions which corrected it and now I have had to really get out of the habit of compensating for it. I had a session with some franklin balls as part of camp which helped a lot - so much so I ordered some for myself. I use them from time to time, a bit of no stirrups with stretches etc and I seem to be getting there.
