I am going to lunge a pony soon to exercise it it is 13 HH and I was wondering if you have any tips on lunging for the first time

Absolutely. You need an instructor to show you what to do. It isn't just standing in the middle whilst the pony trots obediently around you!

Sorry but having read your previous posts, I think this is a recipe for disaster. Please find yourself a decent instructor and have some lessons before you hurt yourself!

I agree with the other posters, please ask your instructor to show you how to lunge properly.
