Its not bad at all! Have confidence and it will all come so much more naturally :D

Maybe trying not lifting yourself so much out of the saddle for that height- its not big enough too need that much lift and leaning more forward and down rather than up?
I was told it was about the angle more than anything ?Yeah, that straight you are too upright imo , lean down! stick ya bum out :D
Also make sure horsey has enough head.
haha, I don't know :S xx

Just seen --- For confidence - keep it small! There is NO presssure to go jumping 3ft or even 2ft fences! Keep it small so when you come off ,you're smiling! Don't do it tooo often, my instructor recommends twice a week jumptraining max , and remember to praise both you and horse :D <3

rather than standing up out of the saddle, you need to fold at the hip. Your lower leg looks good and stable, but you need to fold more

dont make the effort to take you bum out of the saddle, the horses momentum will do that for you, just fold at your hips, keep you elbows and lower legs as they are and look straight ahead through the ears :-D

You will find it much easier to gain confidence and maintain you position if you use a placing pole before the jump, work in canter over poles so that you can feel the rhythm and practise folding/ holding your position without a jump to worry about.
A good exercise is to have 5 poles canter over them until going well then put the last one as a x and keep the same feeling you had with just the poles. You can then replace another ground pole with a x and build up from there, once you can confidently ride down a line of 2 or 3 a single fence will feel smoother.
