What sort of things may I find there? It isn't far from the yard at all, so thought maybe to go there. I've only ever gone there for chicken feed, chicken treats and chicken toys I've never been in the horsey bit upstairs, do they sell boots and helmets? And other rider gear? Or is there any other recommended tack shops around?

They sell everything for horses upstairs massive good choice of riding clothing and rugs, they have a good sale rail at the back got loads of bargains from there.

Hertfordshire horse bits is not bad tiny shop but a fair bit crammed in its Hertford town centre.

With Helmets, someone who went there mentioned a lot were Champion which is great if they fit you. They tend to be reasonably priced but don't have as big a range as say Ingatestone.

It's been going for years. It was my local for feed and equipment when I liveried in Mill Hill about 15 years ago.
