To jump or not to jump (Update)

Firstly thanks to everyone for their kind words of encouragement - to explain: 'just finished a autumn league where my very green 5 year old ponio and me competed in unaff jumping (the rest of competitors were kids). After a pretty bad performance and some unhelpful/nasty comments from some of the people at the league, I nearly considered giving it up after week two. But didn't - thanks to everyone here for their kind words. We continued on and finished the league yesterday with two double-clear rounds! OK it was tiny - but ponio went super and best of all, improved hugely. Thanks HHO forum.

Good for you and a big pat on the back. Bet your really pleased you kept on going and well done for managing to ignore the nasty comments.

There seems to be far to much of that these days and not just competing wise looking at the number of posts on very unhappy people at livery yards.
