that is the question. Up until 2 days ago the mean temp was 20 degrees=sweaty horsies and flies. Two days later we are 1 degree with frost on the fields (7 am) which is quite a drop
. After many years of being sure of what I did, Im now finding myself uncertain. What would you do with a horse of 23 who had pneumonia last winter and is lucky to be alive-he has dropped a lot in the last year and has the use of threequarters of 1 lung. The other is a huge camel of a horse (1.89) and was seriously underweight when he arrived. He's fattened up but is still borderline thin. I need your opinions-to rug or not to rug (light weight). The temp is supposed to crash then go up again within the next few days
Thanks, M.
