my pony is 15 now, retired from pony club days and is a happy hacker, very happy at times !!!

i dont often lunge him but did today as had no time to ride. i noticed he was very slightly lame on the right rein in trot. he's done this before several months ago, but then seemed fine a few days later when ridden.

when i ride him he doesnt feel lame at all, it jst seems to show up occasionally when i do lunge.

should i worry, or not, as i dont lunge him much anyway and he's gonna hve a week off nxt week when i go on hol. he lives out 24/7 so he's always on the move and is pretty fit for his job. well, i do worry, but you know what i mean! thx.

I wouldn't worry too much if I were you, if you are having the vet for any other routine visit, maybe mention it to them then. I would also mention it to your farrier on his next visit. :)
