Does anyone have a contact number for the makers of Todd & Co clothing range?
My daughter has a jacket she purchased end of January, worn a few times and the piping, stitching has all come away and fallen off. I have tried to Google them but not come up with anything, place she bought it from only exchanges/refunds within 28 days and are not interested.

take it back to where she bought it - they have to refund your money or repair the item. It is not of merchandisable quality. Under consumer law they have no choice.

Yes it is Westgate EFI - they are in Kent and I think have an 01303 number.

Take it back to the retailer - it is their responsibility as the goods are not of merchantable quality!!
