Toe nail clipping

at the vets. My bulldog runs everytime he sees the clippers and I can't get near his feet but they soo need doing, am being stabbed in bed on regular basis and we are off to vet tonight.

Do you think they will sedate him ?
 
Lol - check out Cesar Millan's "Dog Whisperer" on Nat Geo Wild. They screened an episode where the dog would not let his toenails be clipped, to the point where he would attack anyone who tried. CM sorted it in about half an hour! Dog lying three quarters asleep on floor! Good luck hun x
 
Thankyou am happy to report that his nails are clipped now and vet used a muzzle so no harm done other than doggie pride.

Don't know if you remember but you gave me lots of fantastic advice with regards to my horses eye ulcer a few months back and am happy to report he has made a full recovery. I think we got off lightly compared to some.

Oh wow! Yes I remember now! I'm so pleased to hear your ned recovered so well. Sunny and I always agree that if just 1 other horse benefits from the story of how he lost his eye, then it was worth it. Glad pooch is in nail heaven too! xxx
