I've only had them for just over a week, two at the outside. Should I contact Toggi? How do I do so?
They haven't been immersed in water or anything, just had a bit of rain the last two days and it wasn't even that heavy, just a constant mist today and a bit of drizzle yesterday :( They've not been getting too dirty either, more dusty than anything. I've just been doing my mucking out in them, a bit of walking about and thats it! Not very chuffed to get home tonight with the tops of my feet wet

You have to take them back to the shop you bought them off. Do not go back to Toggi direct. you contract is with the shop, no them and they will not deal with the public directly.

Oh dear. I've had mine over a year now and also been to hell and back in them and they have been perfect! Take them back to where you got them from, not Toggi directly as your contract is with the shop. Toggi will only tell you to take them back to where you got them from anyway. Hopefully its just a faulty pair and they will replace/refund you for them. Good luck.

If you have only had them 2 weeks,Take them with your receipt back to where you bought them in a clean condition and politly explain the that there allegedly waterproof boots are letting in water and ask for an exchange pair of boots or refund. Toggi exchanged my Hamilton boots last year that startedto leak after about 4 months with out any problem they are one of the better firms.
Make sure you take them back dont be afraid to take them back and get it sorted out if people dont complain the manufactures dont know their product is sub standard and do nothing about the problems.

Cheers everyone, haven't been online for a while but I'll get in contact with the shop I bought them from.
