tom thumb bits - sizing/pictures?

just wondering if anyone can help me, bought a tom thumb bit for horse in his normal 5.5 inch size, but to me it seems to small? Has anyone got a picture they could post of a properly sized one? or do you know if they come up small anyway

i had to put bit rings on mine and was slightly biig on her normal size! Sure it wasn't sized wrong?

no - lable says 5.5", laid it out against my snaffle - appear to be the same size

i got a 5 inch and it fits perfectly, but they can be quite on the small size. sorry dont have any pics
