I'm not 100% sure this is what my horse really needs, but I guess it's worth a shot. She appears to have rather weak stomach muscles (looks like the underside of her stomach is on her side sort of, think toning them might help) so I'm looking at how to go about tonining them up

Can anyone recomend any exercises for this, I know that nothing probably does as much good as working in a good shape/outline but this is proving difficult as she's recovering from bruising on her back cause her saddle has been slipping (should get it back tomorrow though)
Also, would a pessoa be any good, I have one but horse is a bit of a menace to lunge (getting tonnes better so could give it a go again)
