too big?

this is my grandaughters pony.i ride him a couple of times in the week for them because he is better for it i think.i`m not very good at schooling him in the field so we go for a little 20 min hack.
do you think i am too big on him?
he is 13.1 and aged 6.
i`m 5f5ins and 9 1/2 stone.
sometimes i think people look at us.is it cos i is big or he is cute?

It is because that is a very cute pony, and you don't look much too big

Certainly doesn't look ridiculous to me. Obviously you are taller than an average rider of a 13.1 pony, but you are lightweight and really don't look out of place on him.

He's got lovely markings - the splash of white on his neck looks like he's got a big white star!

I'm the same weight and height and broke in an 11.1hh pony and he had no problem carrying me. I prefer riding ponies to horses...

You're definitely not too big for him, you look great together. And the reason people will be looking at you is because he is a very striking pony, I just love his colouring.

think i feel fatter than i look.them 2tone jods are more flattering.
did have a 12.2. who was stocky and never thought twice about hopping on her and my heels were the same place on her.
