My friend is away on vacation at the moment.

Before she left she asked us if we could give her horse an extra hug today as it is his 2nd Birthday, Well we went a bit further than that!

We have posted the photo's on facebook and texted them to her she has been in hysterics ever since.

We were mildly concerned that a helium balloon, flapping flags, hats and streamers may cause him to have a melt down but nope cool as a cucumber as was Smart Ass the cool dude in the red hat.

We did also have a pink hat for his other neighbor but she refused to come out of her stable lol
 
Those first two pictures have cracked me up - he looks fab! I've had such a horrendous day at work -nearly packed it all in - and this has really made me giggle. Thanks!

HAHA numpties!! HE looks well chuffed!!

I left my sunglasses on the farm a few weeks ago, and a photo appeared on my wall on facebook of a goat wearing them!!!!!!
 
Sorry Paddy and Cashel no cake but everyone had a pear, an apple and a banana :-)

We do this for each horses birthday (not the dressing up bit that was a joke for my poor holidaying friend) but everyone on the yard on their horses birthday brings a fruit basket for all of the horses to share and a cake or chocolate for the other owners.

The horse whose birthday it is will have happy birthday x years old today chalked up on the side of their stable.

Strangely we ignore the owners birthdays lol.

Maybe we are all weird lol
 
I did notice something a bit cruel!!!!

In one of the photos there is a ginger horse in the backgroung with no hat on!! I hope you didn't leave it out!!

No we had a lovely bright pink hat for her, but she came out once, snorted, ran back in and refused to come out again :-))))
 
That is hilarious, the horses look well chuffed :) I bet your friend was in stitches when she saw the photos.
